Usage Example
(1) Mounting the die (for external shape clamping)

· Install the o-ring into the groove on the top surface of the form clamp.
· Set the die so that the straight pin fits into the positioning hole of the die, and secure it with a hex socket button head screw.
Note: When mounting the die, make sure the cam shaft is fully loosened (turned counterclockwise until it stops).
(2) Self-cutting the die

2-1. Set the self-cut washer onto the die. (Using a bolt or similar makes the setup easier.)
Note: Be sure to securely set the self-cut washer on top of the hex socket button head screw.

2-2. · Tighten the cam shaft and clamp the self-cut washer. (Recommended Tightening Torque = 15 N⋅m)
· After clamping, remove the bolt from the self-cut washer.

2-3. Cut the jaw to match the shape of the workpiece. (Please perform self-cutting of the jaws within the allowable self-cutting range.)
(3) Setting the workpiece

· After self-cutting, loosen the cam shaft and remove the self-cutting washer.
· Set the workpiece, then rotate the cam shaft to clamp it.

Cautions and Prohibitions
- To prevent damage and deformation, do not perform tightening without the workpiece. In addition, tightening beyond the allowable tightening torque will significantly reduce the durability of the jaws.
