Workpiece to be fixed Hold-down bolt (accessory or commercially available) |  |  |  |
| (1) Install the clamp main body and attach the hold-down bolt | (2) Hold-down bolt length adjustment 1 Set the clamp main body to the clamping state (Shaft fully extended) Extend until the head of the bolt comes into contact with the workpiece to be fixed | (3) Bolt length adjustment 2 Set the main body of the clamp to the unclamped state (The shaft is fully retracted) In this state, increase the protrusion amount of the bolt | (4) Bolt Length Adjustment 3 Temporarily tighten the bolt, then operate the lever to clamp *To adjust the tightening force, change the amount of protrusion in step (3) *If the tightening force is appropriate, fully tighten the bolt to complete the adjustment |
