Product Description
A hex socket head cap screw with a head shaped like a countersunk (flat) plate.
[Features]
· Also sometimes referred to as flat head bolt, the hex socket is tightened using a hex wrench or similar tool.
· Due to the characteristic of being tightened with a hex wrench, there are also types with a larger nominal diameter than countersunk machine screws with a Phillips head.
[Applications]
· Basically the same as a countersunk machine screw, but the hole in the head that is visible after tightening is hexagonal.
· Mainly used when you do not want to show the cross-recessed slot
