1.Store away from direct sunlight at 40°C or less.
2.Open the inner package of the double packaging in a clean room or other clean environment.

Piping

1.Ensure sealant tape or liquid gasket is used at the taper thread part. Using without sealant tape or liquid gasket can cause air leakage.

Tubing material: Clean series polyurethane tubing: 10 series
Tubing outer diameter: ø4 (tubing O.D. 4 mm), ø6 (tubing O.D. 6 mm), ø8 (tubing O.D. 8 mm), ø10 (tubing O.D. 10 mm), ø12 (tubing O.D. 12 mm)

Polyurethane tubing: TU series, Nylon tubing: T series, Soft nylon tubing: TS series can also be used.
However, the clean performance will decline.
