LinearClamper-Zee clamps the linear guideway rail using spring force when air pressure is released.
[Features]

Cross-recessed connection method

A "cross-recessed connection" is a connection method that enhances the holding force by adding the holding force of air pressure (cross-recessed) to the holding force of the spring.

Cross-recessed connection

1.Remove the air filter.
2.Install the pipe fitting, tube, and solenoid valve.
3.Supply air.
4.Operate the solenoid valve and confirm that there are no issues with the opening and closing of the clamping.

Precautions for Use

A spacer is inserted between the contact sections of the MKS at the time of shipment. Do not remove this spacer except during installation. If the spacer is removed and the MKS is left in that state for an extended period, it may become inoperable.

When using the LinearClamper-Zee for R guides, make sure that the extension of the dotted line in the diagram aligns with the center of the rail's arc.

MKS-1501/300: X = 8 mm
MKS-2501/1000: X = 19 mm
MKS-3501/1000: X = 19.5 mm
MKS-4501/1000: X = 16.5 mm
MKS-6501/1000: X = 21 mm
