Rotating wave nozzle, Patagun SPG-25 series

Brand :
DAIKOKENNETU
Caution
- The maximum operating pressure is the value when used with an air blow gun. When connected directly to fixed piping, the pressure will be 0.3 to 0.35 MPa.
Product Description
Concentrated injection type.
[Features]
· An air blow gun ideal for strain, dust removal, oil removal, and more.
· The air outlet rotates at high speed, allowing intermittent air to cover a wide area.
· Strain and dust removal can be performed more effectively than with conventional air blow guns.
· Reduces processing time and saves air consumption.

Product Feature Details
Operation Description (During Wave Generation)

- When air is supplied, the pressure causes the tube to start moving and begin rotating along the inner wall of the internal rotor. If you place your hand over the nozzle of the Patagun in this state, you will feel intermittent tapping from the air. This is the wave motion.
- The waves generated by the rotating tube produce an impact force from the air equal to the number of rotations.
(In the SPG series, this occurs more than 20 times per second) - The internal rotor (white cover) is a component that synchronizes the rotation with the nozzle tube section. This reduces frictional resistance during rotation, helping to minimize dust generation and wear.
Differences Between the Patagun and a Standard Air Blow Gun

- The Patagun repeatedly generates impact force through the effect of rotating waves, allowing it to drive out water and other substances collected in recesses.
- A standard air blow gun simply pushes with air, so water cannot overcome steps and remains trapped in recesses.

- When used at the same pressure and flow rate, the Patagun can cover a wider area thanks to the effect of rotating waves.
- The Patagun is an energy-saving air nozzle.
Selection Support Information
Differences between SPG-40 and SPG-25
- SPG-40: Suitable when you want to cover a wide area.
- SPG-25: Suitable when you want to target specific spots or cover a narrow area.
Range of Wave Impact

*Measured values at a supply pressure of 0.4 MPa. Different values may be measured depending on the environment in which it is used.
