*4) Accuracy-related characteristics vary depending on the combination with other equipment consisting the loop, such as positioners and actuators.
*5) Pressure fluctuation will not cause any changes in the output, however, if supply pressure setting is changed after the last calibration, please adjust the balance current and perform calibration again.
