Usage Precautions

Warning

■ When designing/selecting

• Use for purposes other than the production of compressed air is prohibited.
• Do not use for medical devices. Doing so may result in personal injury or other accidents.

■ During installation

• Use with a power supply voltage within the specified range.
• Connect the earth. There is a risk of electric shock or serious injury to the human body.

Caution

■ When designing/selecting

• Do not use this product installed on transportation equipment such as vehicles or ships.
  Vibration and similar factors could result in internal equipment damage.
• If sudden load fluctuations are expected, pay attention to the discharge flow rate and tank capacity.
• Do not use if the installation environment or inlet air contains corrosive gas, chemicals, organic solvent, or combustible gas.
• Condensation may occur depending on the operating environment, and water droplets may flow out to the outlet.
  If dry air is required, install a dryer at the outlet.

■ During installation

• Do not use in locations where the operating temperature range of the product is exceeded.
• Install in a well-ventilated location free from rain, water, and dust.
• Do not use in areas with high humidity or where condensation may occur.
• Install indoors and avoid locations exposed to direct sunlight or where heat is generated.
• Install on a horizontal floor surface which is not subject to vibration.
• Ensure good ventilation and secure a space of at least 150 mm on all four sides for easy maintenance and inspection.

■ During Use and Maintenance

• Clean the filter regularly. If the filter element becomes clogged, pressure loss will increase.
• If vibration or noise increases, check the housing frame and the mounting sections of each component and device. If there is any looseness in screws or bolts, retighten them.
• When cleaning this product, do not use substances that contain volatile organic solvents such as benzine or paint thinner.
• Condensate will accumulate in the filter case. During continuous operation, use one hour as a reference to check and drain the condensate.

■ Others

• Please make sure to thoroughly read the attached instruction manual before use.
• This product is not designed for change management.
• As this product is precision equipment, do not subject it to strong vibration, impact, or excessive force. There is a risk of damage.
•  Do not lift the case by the expansion and contraction handle for transport when on stairs or similar locations. There is a risk of damage.
