Product Description
Wide rail width and low center of gravity. It has a lower profile than SHS and is suitable for designs that require Mc moment rigidity.

・ A wide-type, high-rigidity LM guide that uses a ball retainer to enable low noise, long-term maintenance-free operation, and excellent high-speed performance.
・ The SHW type with a low center of gravity and a wide LM rail width is ideal for places where space saving is required and Mc moment rigidity is required.
・ Since each ball row is arranged with a contact angle of 45° so that the load rating is the same in the 4 directions (radial direction, reverse radial direction, lateral direction) acting on the LM block, it can be used in any position. It can be used for a wide range of purposes.
・ The unique front face combination (DF set) of the circular arc groove enables the automatic adjustment capability to absorb the mounting error even if a preload is applied, resulting in a highly accurate and smooth linear motion.
・ The ball retainer eliminates mutual friction between balls and retains lubricant oil (agent) so that dust is unlikely to occur.
