Cable Termination of Braided Conductors

A conductor reinforcement yarn is inserted in the center of the braided conductor. For conductor reinforcement after cable termination processing, do not remove this reinforcement yarn during cable termination processing; process it as is.
Cut
Instantly cut with sharp scissors. (The reinforcement yarn cannot be completely cut with nippers or similar tools.)
Cable Termination Method
Crimp Terminal Method: Do not remove the reinforcement yarn; secure it as is with a crimp terminal.
Soldering Method: Do not remove the reinforcement yarn; solder it as is. (The reinforcement yarn is heat-resistant, so it will not melt or shrink.)
*This product uses a braided conductor, so its outer diameter is larger than that of a standard conductor.
Please check the conductor outer diameter and other specifications when processing, such as when using crimp terminals.
