Rotational displacement that does not change the direction of the work relative to the direction of travel
The work flowing on the conveyor is rotated 90 degrees and transferred to the next process, and the chuck mechanism rotates 180 degrees.
Transport without changing the direction in which the work flows in the return direction.
The timing pulley at the center of rotation must be fixed, while the chuck at the rotating end must be able to rise and rotate.
Action: Chuck lowering → Workpiece gripping → Chuck raising → 90 degree feed rotation, 180 degree chuck rotation → Chuck lowering → Workpiece opening → Chuck raising
