" Device that rotates a drum to dispense tape without load from tape pulling. If the dispensed tape experiences load, a sensor detects it and automatically rotates the drum to stop at a preset position. When tape runs out, a sensor detects it and stops the device, simplifying tape replacement for production line workers.
