Durability Test

MISUMI's economical slide rails are formed using high-quality press molds, ensuring excellent precision in finished product assembly. Even after 50,000 reciprocating movements, smooth sliding is possible without deformation in appearance for normal use.
Test conditions: Samples are precisely mounted on durability testing equipment, with a 24.5KG load applied to the drawer, performing continuous push-pull reciprocating motion at 12 cycles per minute.
Changes in the sample are observed and the product condition is recorded when reaching the specified number of cycles.

Salt Spray Test

MISUMI's Economy Series slide rails do not rust even after 24 hours of salt spray testing and have excellent rust resistance.

Slide rail when ball creep occurs

Offset occurs and retainer reaches the left side of external rail but not in full stroke state.
To eliminate ball creep phenomenon, force must be applied until internal rail sliding reaches full stroke state.
