1. Shipments & Orders During Japan National Holiday (27 Dec 2025 - 4 Jan 2026)
Please be notified that there will be no shipments from Japan. Japan-based suppliers will be on holiday during the national holiday period from 27 December 2025 to 4 January 2026.

2. MISUMI Malaysia Business Hours & Early Processing Cut-Off
Kindly take note of our adjusted business hours and early processing cut-off times on the following days:

Cut-off time for inquiries, emails, and related order processing:
12:00 noon (MYT) on 24 & 31 December.
Emails received after this time will be handled on the next business day

Important Notes: -
• Lead times for certain items may be longer than usual.
• Items requiring lead time confirmation from Japan suppliers may only be confirmed after the holiday.
• Some items may experience extended shipping lead times (days-to-ship).
• Delivery delays may occur due to high shipment volume following the holiday.
• Cancellation requests related to Japan suppliers submitted between 27 Dec 2025 and 5 Jan 2026 may not be accepted and are subject to confirmation. Hence, please review the lead time (ship date) thoroughly before placing an order.

We will respond to all inquiries promptly once Japan suppliers and MISUMI Malaysia resume normal business operations.
