Yes, your existing customer information, account details and login credentials will remain unchanged after the upgrade. Please note down your login credentials before 29 June. The cache data will be refresh and you need to re-login to your account once new system go live.

Stock quantity will be available in product page after part number selected. If you require quantities beyond stock availability, just reach out to us by selecting preferred quantity and shipping date then click on "Contact MISUMI"

For selected items, you can split shipments quantity and select different receiveing dates based on availability, allow a better delivery planning.

To ensure minimal disruption, we will carry out the system update on 28 June (Sunday). Any important updates will be communicated to customers in advance.
