Three-phase types provide high efficiency and good starting characteristics single-phase types offer easy wiring. | Not suitable for large acceleration/deceleration or frequent forward/reverse cycles. | 6~200W | LINK | LINK | - |
| Reversible Motor | EA-RM | 【Frequent forward/reverse operation】 positioning, reciprocating motion, pushing applications | Excellent reversing response, minimizing overrun | Generates a lot of heat, so it has a short-time rating (ex. 30 minutes) | 6~120W | LINK | LINK | - |
| Brake Motor | EA-BM | 【Holding / maintaining stop】 lifting, vertical transport, safety stop | Stops and holds immediately when power is turned off, and maintains position even during power failure | Limitations apply regarding stop frequency and temperature environment | 6~200W | LINK | LINK | - |
| Speed Control Motor | EA-AM | 【Speed control】 flow control, tension control, synchronous feeding, frequent setup changes | Controller-integrated design for easy wiring with a wide adjustable speed range | Risk of overheating during ultra-low-speed continuous operation | 6~200W | LINK | LINK | LINK |
| Reversible Speed Control Motor | EA-ARM | 【Speed control + reverse】 positioning, reciprocating motion, pushing applications requiring adjustable speed | Combines speed control and reversing capability in a single unit. | Duty cycle and thermal limits must be considered in continuous use. | 25~120W | * | * | LINK |
| Brake Speed Control Motor | EA-ABM | 【Speed control +Brake】 vertical transport, lifting requiring speed adjustment and position holding | Allows speed adjustment while maintaining safe and stable stopping performance. | Not suitable for continuous operation under heavy braking conditions. | 25~200W | * | * | LINK |
| Torque Motor | EA-TM | 【Tension Control】 Winding, feeding, and pressing applications that require maintaining constant tension or pressure. | Maintains high torque even at low or near-stopped speeds | Generates significant heat → ensure operation within continuous torque rating and provide cooling | 3~20W | LINK | - | - |

○Motors
When the motor is approved under various safety standards, the model name on the nameplate is the approved model name.
When the motor temperature drops, the thermal protector closes and the motor restarts. Be sure to turn the motor off before inspecting.
Note: "-A" means the voltage being 110V, the assembly capacitor value is according to the label.

○AC Motor-Torque Table
・Enter the gear ratio in the box (□) within the model name.
・The speed is calculated by dividing the motor’s synchronous speed (50Hz:1500r/min、60Hz:1800r/min) by the gear ratio.
The actual speed is 2%~20% less than the displayed value, depending on the size of the load.

Product Features
1. Structure and Operating PrincipleThis product uses a power-off activated type brake.
When voltage is applied to the coil, the armature—previously pressed by a spring—is magnetized and released from the brake rim, allowing the motor to rotate.
Conversely, when the voltage is removed, the spring force pushes the armature against the brake rim, generating frictional force that brakes the motor and brings it to a stop.
2. Features
① Immediately brakes and holds the load when power is cut (Holding torque: 0.05–2.0 N·m).
② Suitable for use as a safety brake in the event of sudden power failure.
③ Designed to withstand frequent forward/reverse operations; the brake can perform up to 6 stopping operations per minute, with a required minimum interval of 3 seconds between each stop.
④ A commutating loop is built into the brake, allowing operation from the same power source as the motor.
The listed values are reference values and may vary depending on operating conditions.During actual operation, ensure that the motor surface temperature remains below 90°C.
3. Operating Time and Conditions
① Starting time: The sum of the motor starting time and the electric brake release time.
② Braking time: The time required for the motor to come to a complete stop after power is cut.
③ Overrun amount, starting time, and braking time vary depending on usage conditions and load conditions.
